VDarchitecture – Deritzi Vasiliki, based in Lamia, provides comprehensive architectural design and project implementation services for residential, commercial and tourist facilities. With experience since 2000 and deep knowledge of architectural and technical requirements, the office offers solutions that combine high aesthetics, functionality and absolute respect for the environment and the urban fabric of the area.

Architectural Study & Design: We undertake complete architectural studies for new constructions and renovations in Lamia and the surrounding areas, with an emphasis on creating buildings with a strong architectural identity. Each project is designed based on the needs of the users, the location and the special characteristics of the space.
Licensing File & Technical Studies: The office prepares complete licensing files for each type of construction work, in accordance with applicable standards and legislation. Full support is provided in the permit issuance process in Lamia, Kamena Vourla, Livadia and throughout Fthiotida.
Construction Supervision & Management: We provide continuous supervision and coordination of crews throughout the Lamia area, ensuring quality construction, accuracy of design implementation and control at all technical stages. Project management is carried out with consistency and technical competence, so that the final result fully meets the specifications.




	Building Renovation & Restoration: VD architecture specializes in the renovation and restoration of existing buildings in Lamia and the wider region. With respect for the original construction and parallel enhancement of functionality and aesthetics, we create upgraded and qualitatively sustainable spaces. Interior Design: We design interior spaces that reflect the needs and character of the user, offering comprehensive interior design for residences, commercial spaces and tourist accommodations in Lamia and Kamena Vourla. Landscape Architecture: We undertake the study and design of outdoor spaces, gardens and environmental configurations, with the aim of harmoniously integrating the project into the natural landscape of Fthiotida. Custom Made Furniture & Special Constructions: We design custom-made furniture and special architectural constructions that complete each project.
