| COMPLEX OF THREE TOURIST RESIDENCES, Vargiani Project Area: 327,12m² |
The project is being implemented in the mountainous village of Vargiani, within a remarkable preserved traditional settlement. The sloping terrain of the plot in combination with the impressive mountainous landscape led to the architectural design of a complex of tourist residences consisting of two building volumes, which harmonize with the intense relief of the natural terrain. At the same time, during the formation of the surrounding area, different levels are created that "go down" the slope, starting with the entrance and parking level of the complex. Then, routes and stops follow, offering a unique experience between natural and built landscape. The facades are formed with visible stonework, wooden frames and a hipped roof following the traditional Architecture of the Settlement. The interior layout of the residences follows the open floor plan between the sleeping area, the living room and the kitchen, ensuring functionality for rest and relaxation as well as unobstructed views of the mountainous landscape. |

|
The plot where the building will be constructed has an area of 2152.75 sq.m. with a strong elevation gradient (26%) and with a remarkable view of Arachova and the mountainous volumes of the Delphic landscape. To the southeast it adjoins a rural road. It is located in the area of Agia Triada Arachova, which is characterized as zone D.
